Something different for the kid’s pudding…
I’m always on the search for lovely new recipes to try out on the children. Sometimes they are a big hit, other times the meal fails miserably. However, when it comes to puddings, I don’t think there has ever been a time when my kids have said no. So I wanted to share with you our families top 3 treats…I hope you like them as much as we do! Banana Pudding
If you like puddings that are quick and easy to make, but taste absolutely delicious, this is a good one to whip up in half an hour by a fabulous recipe blog called No Recipes. The main ingredients are vanilla, milk, eggs, bananas and cream, but it’s also very easy to change or add a couple of bits for your own variation.
Raspberry Honey Tapioca
A different take on rice pudding, this is again simple to make and can be served either hot or cold. I found this recipe on 17 And Baking, but it originally comes from Heidi Swanson’s Super Natural Everyday cookbook.
Banana Buddy Shake
Although this is a milkshake, it’s so filling and lovely that it can very well pass as a pudding. There are a couple of things I usually change about the recipe. For example, I don’t use flaxseed and salt and I use whole or semi-skimmed milk instead. I find that the peanut butter gives it’s twist. You can find the recipe on Natural Noshing.
