4 Ways To Jazz up Your Kids Bedroom…
They sleep there and play there, so why not make your child’s bedroom an enchanting and stimulating place to be. You don’t necessarily need to go through the hassle of redecorating, as just a few changes to the interior and some special items here and there can make a world of difference in turning your children’s room into a creative and unique haven for them to escape to…
1. Garlands & Hanging Decorations
A low cost option that can completely transform a room. String them across a bare wall or hang from the ceiling. There is so much choice, but I’ve found some lovely ones by Not On The High Street that will add colour and interest. My particular favourite is the Set Of Five Japanese Paper Balloons.
2. Lighting
Night lights are a lovely way to add a pleasant glow in your children’s bedroom throughout the night to help them feel safe. I love the Garland – Paper lantern and Pink Mushroom Lamp – small
by Smallable.
Kids just love to hide-away in dens and tents. There’s nothing more magical than getting a favourite book and reading by torchlight in your own secret little place before bedtime. Amazon do some lovely discounted options including the Garden Games Wigwam Play Tent, Win Green Large Boat House Playhouse
and Blue gingham hanging tent
.
4. Wall Art & Stickers
From alphabets prints to favourite illustrations to quirky fluffy animal heads and wall stickers, covering your children’s walls with colour is not only stimulating for the mind but it brightens up a room straight away. Bodie and Fou and Little Blue Zebra do some wonderful things for children’s bedrooms such as the Decorative animal head – Mister Fox, Gold Stars wall stickers
and the Illustrated Animal Alphabet Print.

Oh – I wish I was a little one again – you’d never get me out of my tipi! Such gorgeous things are available for kiddies now aren’t there! The paper lanterns are a sweet touch for the young boho and I agree – withing 4 walls you can create a fab mood with the items you have featured!
